This devulculcanizer is a kind of new sweetener adopting a novel devulcanizing technique. Comparing with the traditional water-oil sweetener,it has some advantages as following: it is available for bigger size of rubber powder and cut down desulphurization time greatly. The plasticizer and regenerant can be put into the devlcanize with waste sizing materials. No devulcanizing sewage is produced in this course. The product has good quality and the devulcanizer can be opened and close automatically. It is easy to realize the automation of devulcanizing procedures.
  Inside the vulcanizer is equipped with blender which is driven by motor with chains as transmission. The blending ensures smooth mixture and even heat.
The devulcanizer adopts hydraulic system to open, close and lock the in-feeding cover and discharging cover.
