The roll is made of chilled cast iron of vanadium and titanium alloy, so the surface is hard and wearable; the internal processing can make the temperature of the roll surface well-proportioned.

  This machine is equipped with emergency device. At the occurrence of emergency, draw the pull rod, and the machine will stop immediately. It is safe and reliable.
  The transmission system adopts either NGW hard tooth flank planet reducer or herringbone reducer, which structure is featured of tight construction, low noise, high efficiency, prolonged lifetime.
  The base of the machine is a complete frame ,so this very convenient for installation.
  The machine has scraper and crimping device ,which enables to take the materials off from rolls.
